I gotta share something I messed up big time. A while back I was running heavy cycles eating clean grinding in the gym and feeling like a tank. Thought I was untouchable so I skipped blood work for months Nah I feel fine bro Why waste money? Yeah… big mistake.
At first nothing seemed off strength was up pumps were insane but after a couple months I started feeling drained for no reason mood swings hit harder than any PR and my recovery was trash. That’s when I finally got a full panel done and man…. liver enzymes were elevated cholesterol was jacked and my testosterone wasn’t even where it should be total wake-up call. What most bodybuilders miss when they do blood work? Stuff like kidney function thyroid n iron levels blood pressure n tracking trends over time instead of just a one-off nd don’t ignore the basics hydration sleep diet they show up in your labs more than you think. Side effects of skipping this stuff? Fatigue crappy recovery mood swings liver stress nd long-term heart risk I had to pull back from my cycle fix my diet supplement smartly and work with a doc to get back on track Now I do quarterly checks religiously and keep an eye on my numbers. Lifts came back stronger recovery feels normal and I sleep better.

Don’t be a dumbass like me brothers blood work isn’t just some boring health chore it’s literally performance optimization u skip it u gamble with gains nd your health u check it u protect your gains your liver your heart n your sanity trust me once I started paying attention everything clicked save yourself the headache get your labs track them n don’t wait till it hits hard u’ll thank yourself later for sure🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️

100% with you on this I’ve messed up the same way skipping blood work thinking I was fine nd then I started feeling wiped out slow to recover and just off Getting your labs done regularly is a actual thing It shows you what’s actually going on inside so you know when to push when to chill and how to adjust cycles or diet you avoid guessing and prevent big issues before they hit. For real if you care about gains nd your body blood work isn’t optional it’s part of staying on top in the gym🙌🏻💪🏻
