Running a mild oral cycle but reading too many horror stories. How often are guys actually getting liver damage if they run support supps properly?

Orals get a bad rep for a reason. Some guys run stuff and feels fine, others see their liver enzymes shoot up on labs. You don’t really know which camp you’re in until you check bloodwork.

Support supplements are nice, but they’re not a shield. Biggest thing is paying attention to how your body feels and actually getting labs done instead of guessing.

I’ve seen dudes say ‘no issues’ but they never tested anything. Then you see someone else post labs and AST/ALT are way up. So yeah… kinda depends how serious you are about monitoring.

Also don’t forget lifestyle stuff. Drinking, crappy diet, no sleep… that all stacks on top of liver stress. It’s not just one variable.

From what I’ve read, most problems come from pushing things too far or ignoring warning signs. Short term vs long term matters too. People only talk about the extremes.

End of the day, liver is one of those things you don’t wanna guess on. If you’re worried, getting proper medical advice and labs is the smartest move.

Yeah that’s kinda what I’m realizing. Seems like a lot of the horror stories are from people not monitoring anything or going overboard. I might just focus on getting labs and cleaning up everything else before I even think about continuing.
