Energy dips before gym sessions are killer on a cut. My go-to most of the time half a sweet potato + a scoop of whey + a teaspoon of MCT oil. It hits protein slow carbs and fats without bloating. I feel strong AF in the gym which matters because maintaining intensity is how you keep muscle during a cut. No carbs? You lift like garbage don’t be that guy.
