Lunchtime is where most people cave. Instead of boring grilled chicken and boring broccoli I throw together a quinoa-bowl with lean ground turkey roasted zucchini and a sprinkle of feta. Quinoa keeps energy stable turkey hits protein hard and a touch of fat makes it palatable prep 3–4 portions on Sunday saves your sanity and keeps you honest with calories.

Man quinoa bowls are clutch but I swap in farro or bulgur sometimes for a slightly different carb profile. Hits protein keeps energy up nd the texture change makes lunch less soul-crushing. Throw some olives on top for flavor without wrecking the cut your good to goo

Also dude think about swapping feta for cottage cheese or Greek yogurt drizzle it keeps protein insane adds creaminess and still stays cut-friendly. Plus prepping 3–4 portions is gold saves brainpower for lifting not stressing over lunch.

Man I prep bowls too but I’ll sometimes drop in hard-boiled eggs or avocado slices. Little healthy fat spike keeps meals satisfying and keeps me from raiding the vending machine.

Turkey + zucchini + feta is solid and I also like tossing in roasted sweet potato cubes. Adds carbs for lifts keeps volume up so you don’t get hanger mid-afternoon and still clean on macros
