Seeing peptides like GHK-Cu and Epitalon hyped in the wellness scene. Do any of you actually use these while bodybuilding, or just stick to growth/repair ones?

Most lifters I know don’t mess with skin peptides tbh. It’s usually all about recovery and growth. The anti-aging stuff is more wellness crowd than gym crowd.

GHK-Cu is actually pretty legit for skin from what I’ve read, but yeah… not really gonna help your lifts lol. Depends what your priority is.

Lowkey feels like a rabbit hole bro. First it’s protein and creatine, then next thing you know you’re researching peptides for your skin at 2am

I’ve seen some dudes run GHK-Cu for hair/skin and say they look fresher, but nothing drastic. Definitely not as noticeable as just staying lean and hydrated.

Yeah I’m mainly curious for overall appearance tbh, not expecting it to help lifts or anything.

If it’s just looks, you’ll get way more mileage out of diet, sleep and keeping body fat in check. Peptides might be that last 5%, not the main driver.

Also gotta be careful where you’re getting that stuff from. A lot of these peptides floating around aren’t exactly quality controlled if you know what I mean.

Makes sense… sounds like it’s more of an “extra” than something worth focusing on right now. Probably stick to basics for now
