Man water is something a lot of people overlook but it makes a big difference. Staying hydrated helps with strength endurance and even your muscle pump. If you’re dehydrated your workouts will feel weak and sluggish. It also helps digestion and nutrient absorption. Aim to drink water throughout the day not just during workouts. Simple habit big impact.

We intake a lot of liquid form food it can be soups shakes juice and what not but taking water is what keeps our body properly hydrated bro so all brothers don't side-eye when it's water!!
