DEADLIFT DOMINATION

Deadlifts are therapy.
Pull heavy, pull smart, keep form tight.
Grip is king 8-) chalk and straps are lifesavers.
Recovery and nutrition are non-negotiable.
Nothing grows on an empty stomach. There’s no better high than hitting a clean PR from the floor 8-)

Nothing beats that feeling of ripping a clean PR off the floor.
Recovery are what separate real progress from injuries.
Stay consistent and keep pulling smartthe gains are only going up.
