Not gonna lie whey protein and creatine are lifesavers. Fat burners? Only when cutting otherwise just energy drain. Pre-workout hits hard if you time it right boom gym beast mode activated

Whey and creatine are pure gains fuel muscles love em. Pre-workout is that adrenaline shot when you need to crush it and fat burners? Best friends when trimming yea but otherwise just extra buzz.

Totally whey and creatine arenโt just for gains they actually help preserve muscle during a cut which keeps your metabolism high. Protein keeps you full and fuels recovery while creatine maintains strength for intense lifts even in a calorie deficit.
Thing is spread protein across meals and take creatine daily not just on gym days. Staying consistent with both makes cutting much smoother and less muscle-draining.
