Trying to shred, but half the fat burners I look up have sketchy reviews. Anyone here used them long-term without health issues?

Honestly man, most fat burners ain’t worth it. It’s basically caffeine and marketing.

I used one for a few weeks yeah it killed my appetite, but sleep was trash and I felt wired all day.

If it actually “works,” it’s usually the stuff that’s kinda sketchy… that’s the red flag right there.

Bro just stick to calorie deficit, high protein, and steps. That’s still the real fat burner.

A lot of these supps aren’t regulated heavy, so you never really know what you’re getting.

I’ve seen dudes get heart racing and anxiety from those… not something I’d run long-term.

Yeah I hear you guys… sounds like it’s smarter to skip them and just lock in diet and cardio
