Do you guys change your diet during PCT? I’m wondering if bumping calories and fats actually helps recovery or if it doesn’t matter much.

Yeah bro, I usually bump my calories a bit during PCT. Helps keep strength and stops me from losing too much size.

I focus more on protein and healthy fats during PCT. Not sure if it’s magic, but I feel better doing that.

Diet definitely matters in my opinion. If calories drop too low during PCT, strength and recovery take a hit.

I try to keep my diet clean and consistent. Good protein, carbs and sleep seem to help the most.

Some guys increase fats a little since hormones are recovering. I’ve done that and it seemed to help a bit.

Honestly I just keep eating solid meals and avoid cutting calories too hard during PCT.

Good feedback guys. Sounds like keeping calories solid and focusing on good nutrition during PCT is probably the smart move.
