Stuff like AOD-9604 and Fragment 176-191 keeps popping up. Has anyone seen legit fat loss results from these, or is it all marketing?

I tried AOD for a few weeks. Hard to say if it did much honestly. Diet and cardio still made the biggest difference for me.

A couple guys at my gym use Fragment 176-191. They say it helps a little during a cut, but it’s definitely not magic.

From what I’ve seen, it might help a bit with stubborn fat, but only if your diet and training are already on point.

That’s kind of what I was wondering. Seems like most people say it helps a little, but it’s not a replacement for diet and cardio.

Yeah bro, most fat loss still comes from calories and activity. Peptides might just give a small extra push.

I’ve heard some people like using them during the last part of a cut when progress slows down.

Honestly I never noticed a huge difference with fat burner type supplements. Consistent diet worked better for me.

Makes sense. Sounds like they might help a bit but nothing crazy. Probably more of a small boost than a game changer.

Exactly. Think of it as a minor tool, not the main thing. Diet, training, and consistency still do most of the work. 💪
