Old school guys always swore Deca saved their joints. For those running it recently, do you actually notice less pain or is that just bro lore?

A lot of guys still say Deca helps their joints. When I ran it, my shoulders definitely felt better during heavy presses.

Yeah bro, I noticed less joint pain when I used Deca. Could lift a little heavier without my elbows bothering me.

It helped my knees a bit during leg days. Not magic, but the joints felt smoother for sure.

Some people say it’s just because of extra water in the joints. Either way, it did make training feel more comfortable.

I’ve heard the same from old school lifters for years. Deca seems to help with joint comfort for a lot of people.

For me it helped my shoulders the most. Heavy bench and incline felt easier on the joints.

I didn’t notice a huge change personally, but some of my gym buddies swear by it for joint support.

Interesting hearing both sides. Sounds like a lot of people do feel some joint relief with Deca, even if it’s not the same for everyone.
