For me it was the energy crash. Like workouts felt heavy for no reason and coffee stopped working. When pre-work doesn’t hit anymore, something’s off lol.

Sleep was the big one. I’d be dead tired but still waking up at 3am every night. Once recovery goes to trash, hormones are usually the culprit.

Mood swings, no joke. Little stuff started pissing me off way more than usual. Gym was still decent but outside the gym I felt off.

Libido tanked hard. That was the “okay something’s wrong” moment for me. Strength held up but motivation outside the gym was gone.

Joint pain and shitty pumps. Diet was on point, training the same, but pumps felt flat and elbows were barking nonstop.

Fat gain outta nowhere. Calories didn’t change but waist started creeping up and abs went soft. That’s usually a red flag for me.

Brain fog. Hard to focus at work and even forgot weights between sets lol. When mental drive drops with physical energy, hormones are suspect.

Recovery went downhill fast. Used to bounce back in a day, suddenly sore for 3–4 days. That’s when I knew my system wasn’t firing right.
