Joint Pain From Cutting Too Aggressive?

Dropped calories hard for summer and now my knees and elbows ache like crazy. Is it just low recovery or something to be worried about?

Yeah, aggressive cuts wreck my joints every time. Low fuel plus heavy lifting isn’t a great combo.

When fats get too low, my elbows and shoulders start hurting almost immediately.

That lines up with me. Fats are probably the lowest they’ve ever been right now.

Rapid weight loss dries you out too. Electrolytes and water make a bigger difference than people think.

I’ve learned to drop volume before dropping calories more. Joints feel way better that way.

If pain is sharp or getting worse week to week, don’t ignore it. That’s when injuries sneak up.

Good point. It’s more of a constant ache than sharp pain, but I don’t want it turning into something worse.

Slowing the cut helped me more than any joint supplement ever did.

Sleep matters a lot here. When I’m under-eating and under-sleeping, joints take the hit first.
