Between heavy lifting, stress and diet cuts, hormones can take a hit. What habits have actually helped you stay balanced?

Sleep made the biggest difference for me. When I actually get 7–8 hours, everything feels better.

Backing off volume helped more than I expected. Training hard is fine, but junk volume wrecked my recovery.

Sleep keeps coming up a lot. Definitely something I need to tighten up.

Eating enough fats helped my mood and energy during cuts. Super low fat never worked for me.

Managing stress outside the gym matters too. When work stress is high, training suffers no matter what.

Yeah, life stress plus heavy training feels like a double hit sometimes.

Regular bloodwork gave me peace of mind. At least I know where I actually stand.

Deloads and easier weeks. Took me years to accept they help hormones more than nonstop grinding.
