I used to do chicken and rice but got bored outta my mind. Looking for new ideas that don’t wreck my macros but still hit the spot.

Lately it’s ground turkey, jasmine rice and some hot sauce. Easy, cheap and still hits.

Egg whites, whole eggs, and sourdough toast. Quick and doesn’t feel heavy after training.

Turkey and hot sauce sounds solid. I need flavor or I won’t stick to it.

Protein shake right after, then a real meal like steak and potatoes an hour later.

Greek yogurt, berries, and honey if I’m short on time. Surprisingly filling.

Rice bowls with lean beef and veggies. Same macros as chicken, way better taste.

Yeah, I think rotating proteins is the key. Chicken every day just kills motivation.

Salmon and rice when calories allow. Feels great post-workout.

Honestly breakfast foods work well eggs, hash browns, and fruit. Easy to digest for me.
