High-Stim Pre-Workouts & Blood Pressure - Anyone Else Notice This?

I’ve noticed my BP jumps after using high-stim pre-workouts and stays elevated longer than I expected. Is this just part of the game, or a sign to back off the heavy stims?

Yeah, heavy stim pres definitely jack my BP. That’s why I stopped using them daily.

Same here. Felt great in the gym, but crappy for hours after.

I switched to lower-stim or stim-free and honestly train just as well.

BP staying high for hours isn’t something I’d ignore, especially long term.

A lot of pres are way overdosed now. More isn’t always better.

Coffee + food works better for me than most pres.

Good call paying attention to BP. Most guys don’t until it’s a problem.

I save high-stims for leg day only, not every workout.

Appreciate the input. Sounds like backing off the heavy stims and not running them daily is the smarter move.
