A couple weeks into PCT and my sex drive has basically disappeared. Trying not to overthink it, but wondering if this dip is just part of hormonal rebound or if it usually means something’s off with the setup. Curious what others have experienced during this phase.

Yeah man, that dip is super common. Hormones are basically re-learning how to work again.

Same thing happened to me. First few weeks felt rough, then things slowly came back online.

Good to hear I’m not alone. The mental side is almost worse than the physical right now.

Stress and sleep play a big role too. When I was under sleeping during PCT, libido was nonexistent.

People don’t talk about this enough. Everyone expects to feel “normal” right away but recovery isn’t instant.

Bloodwork helped my peace of mind. Even when libido was low, seeing numbers improve made me relax.

That’s a good point. Might get labs just to stop overthinking every symptom.

As long as energy and mood are slowly improving, I wouldn’t panic early on. The body needs time.

Been through it twice. Both times libido dipped hard before bouncing back. Patience is honestly the hardest part.
