Keep only clean food in the house. If you stock junk, MK hunger will destroy you.

if mk-677 is hitting you hard with that midnight hunger try adjusting the dosage first taking it earlier in the day might help tone down those late night cravings. And yea *retatrutide* can definitely help with the hunger it won’t mess with the mk677 but will curb those nighttime snack attacks. No worries about mixing the two either they work fine together. Just make sure to listen to your body and adjust as needed.

I leaned into it. Used the hunger to slam extra protein and rice. Worked for bulking.

Might do the same keep meals clean and use hunger to grow, not snack.

Got it, thanks for the tip. I’ll try shifting the timing and look into retatrutide too. Appreciate the advice!
