Agree with you man and mostly the younger generation is up with technology and new methods which back in the days most of the builders could not get and eyes closed followed a champ we look upto but today we got new research that speaks what the truth and that changed a lot got nutrition and supplements and routine stuffs on personal experience and based on what's best for your body.πŸ‘πŸ‹οΈ
