Good call. The supplement industry’s full of “bro science” labels. Always follow bloodwork, not marketing claims. You can’t out-herb hormone suppression 😂

Got it. Appreciate the insight guys sticking with proper PCT next time and maybe toss in a mild natural support stack.

Used “natural PCT” once after an ostarine run felt fine. But I think that’s because it was a light cycle. Wouldn’t risk it for anything stronger.

There’s some small benefit from ingredients like tongkat ali or fadogia, but nothing clinically proven for post-cycle hormone restoration. Use them as add-ons, not replacements.

Exactly. Supplements = support. SERMs = recovery. Big difference.

Yeah that’s what I figured. Some of these new PCT stacks are marketed like they replace Nolva entirely. Sounds like a money grab.

If you didn’t suppress your natural test hard (like from SARMs or a mild run), some OTC boosters can help ease the transition. But if you were on real gear, nah only SERMs bring levels back up properly.

Tried a few “test booster” blends post-cycle. Maybe felt a little better, but bloodwork didn’t change much. Not worth the $60+ price tag IMO.

The over-the-counter “PCT” bottles might help a bit with mood or libido, but they don’t restart natural testosterone production. Think of them more as support, not recovery. You still need Nolva or Clomid if you ran a real cycle.

Mostly hype, bro. SERMs do the heavy lifting.
