I’ve been using Selank for about a month now. I started with 0.5mg per day and gradually increased to 1mg which is what seems to work best for me. I take it in the morning before hitting the gym n it really helps me stay sharp during my workouts. It’s not that I get some crazy burst of energy but it definitely keeps my focus laser-like throughout my session. I’m focusing on strength training right now mainly compound lifts like deadlifts, squats n bench nd I’m able to stay mentally engaged for longer sets without getting distracted or anxious. Definitely recommend starting slow and finding your sweet spot.
