**they’re not magic fat burners**
What I learnt is if your diet isn’t locked in no thermogenic or fat burner is saving you.
Start with a proper calorie deficit, high protein (chicken, eggs, fish, whey) moderate carbs around workouts and healthy fats so hormones don’t crash. Take cutting supps as support not the foundation hope you dudes getting it really and don’t overdose thinking more is better. Stay hydrated add electrolytes keep sleep tight in and train smart soyou hold muscle. Do not just poppin pills you here me brothers

Cutting supplements can boost energy and help with appetite control but timing and dosage matter big time. Take them earlier in the day so they don’t mess with sleep, cycle off when needed and listen to your body. *Food is king*— lean protein every meal veggies for fullness clean carb sources like rice or potatoes around training and enough fats to keep hormones stable. Recovery is huge during a cut because you’re already in a deficit, so sleep, water and lowering training volume slightly will help you keep muscle while dropping fat.
Supplements like aod - 9604 and tesamorelin
can be added And there are many other peps to added but it all lies in when - what time you taking it - with what you taking suppls and what is the other factors all do matter man so keep up with proper diet is must.
In my own cut phases I learned supplements are just tools not shortcuts like Mr Dan said brothers a proper cutting stack can help with focus and metabolism but if you’re eating junk or skipping protein you’ll just end up skinny and flat. Keep protein high to preserve muscle carbs controlled but not zero and fats balanced. Use supplements as support stay consistent with whole foods keep stress low and prioritize recovery because your body is under pressure in a deficit. The smartest cuts aren’t the most extreme they’re the most sustainable.

Bro I added CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin during my cut the biggest thing I noticed wasn’t crazy fat melt it was better recovery and deeper sleep. That alone helped me train harder in a deficit and keep muscle fuller while leaning out. It made the cut feel smoother instead of feeling flat and exhausted all the time. Give a try worth every shot👍🏻

From my experience brother adding the right peptide support while cutting made the whole process less brutal I felt less beat down recovered quicker and could still push hard on training even in a deficit. Combine that with proper protein carbs around workouts.and rest like you said is must for the results and my efforts went up big time.

Solid advice man cutting smart and keeping protein high is the real move. No point getting lean if you lose all your muscle😂
