I first added Shilajit into my routine when I realized I needed more than just stimulants and pre-workouts to keep up with intense training. From the start the difference felt deeper than a quick energy spike. My endurance during workouts improved. Sets felt stronger breathing felt more controlled(mainly) and I noticed I could maintain focus even toward the end of long heavy sessions. It felt like my body was producing and using energy more efficiently instead of burning out halfway through.
As time passed the benefits showed up outside the gym too. Recovery felt smoother overall fatigue reduced and my body handled physical stress better especially during high-volume training weeks.
Best Because of this -
Better nutrient absorption meant my diet seemed to work harder for me and the adaptogenic effects helped keep stress levels in check both physically and mentally. Shilajit didn’t just help me train harder it helped me stay consistent recoversmarter and feel stronger from the inside out.
