From my experience prednisolone played a role when inflammation not strength or motivation was the real limiter. There were periods where my joints felt swollen tissues stayed irritated N even light movements felt uncomfortable making productive training tough. Once inflammation was brought under control everyday mobility improved n pain stopped dominating my sessions. That meant I could train with better form, move through full ranges of motion n focus on quality work instead of constantly protecting sore areas. Recovery felt more manageable because my body wasn’t stuck in an overactive inflammatory state all the time. It’s not something I associate with gains or performance enhancement but rather with allowing the body to calm down so training could resume safely. Used carefully N under proper medical guidance, it helped prevent downtime n tissue damage when inflammation was the biggest obstacle which for a serious lifter can make the difference between staying consistent and being forced to stop altogether.
