Appreciate the input. Sounds like backing off the heavy stims and not running them daily is the smarter move.

I save high-stims for leg day only, not every workout.

A lot of pres are way overdosed now. More isn’t always better.

BP staying high for hours isn’t something I’d ignore, especially long term.

I switched to lower-stim or stim-free and honestly train just as well.

Yeah, heavy stim pres definitely jack my BP. That’s why I stopped using them daily.

I’ve noticed my BP jumps after using high-stim pre-workouts and stays elevated longer than I expected. Is this just part of the game, or a sign to back off the heavy stims?
