That’s honestly the smart move. Gains are great, but being sleep deprived the whole time hits everything else mood, recovery, even workouts.

Sounds like it’s more about managing it than fixing it. Might rethink running it if sleep gets that bad.

Not gonna lie, nothing fully fixes it. You can improve it slightly, but tren sleep is just different.

Magnesium + melatonin helped a bit, also keeping carbs higher at night weirdly made me crash easier.

I had nights where I was exhausted but couldn’t shut my brain off. Felt like I took preworkout before bed.

Bro it’s dose dependent 100%. Low dose I could manage, higher dose I was basically nocturnal.

Damn that’s what I was worried about. I keep hearing mixed stuff some guys say it gets better, others say it’s hell the whole time.

Kinda levels out after a few weeks but never goes back to normal. You just learn to function on less sleep.

Sleep was straight garbage for me the whole cycle. Like 3–4 hours, waking up drenched. Didn’t really improve, just got used to being tired all the time.
