Cod + cauliflower mash is clean n I even throw in roasted sweet potato wedges sometimes fiber + carbs for lifts still cut-friendly and makes dinner feel like a proper meal not cardboard.

I do baked cod with lemon-herb cauliflower mash and roasted asparagus or sometimes a lean beef stir-fry with bell peppers. Lots of fiber + protein = fullness. The human angle? When dinner feels like punishment your discipline breaks. Keep meals colorful flavorful and high-protein your body and your psyche will thank you.

100% man dinner’s gotta feel like a win I sometimes hit a lean salmon poke bowl with veggies and a little brown rice keeps protein high colors pop and it actually feels like eating instead of punishment

Man also think about sauces like a light yogurt-tahini drizzle or low-sugar teriyaki. Flavor hits without tanking macros makes the cut feel less like punishment n keeps you consistent night after night.
