Hydrolyzed whey in bulk meals is smart man but I also blend in some Greek yogurt or cottage cheese after cooking it ups the protein without adding too much volume keeps gains intact when calories are low.

Bro ther also think about organ meats like heart or liver. They’re dense with micronutrients cheap nnd keep performance high. Pair with roasted veggies and you’ve basically got a micronutrient cheat code for your cut.👍🏻

Bro bison is next level I swap it with lean venison sometimes too crazy protein almost no fat also throwing in a can of black beans or lentils adds fiber and keeps you full without wrecking macros.
