I ignored deloads before and ended up with small injuries and stalled lifts. Once I started taking them, progress picked back up again.

Think of it as recovery, not time off. Your body needs that reset to grow.

You don’t have to stop training completely, just go lighter for a week. Keeps you moving without burning out.

I usually deload every 6–8 weeks. I just drop the weight and volume for a few days and it actually helps me come back stronger.

I’ve been going non-stop for months, no rest week. Feel cooked but don’t wanna lose momentum. How do you plan deloads without feeling lazy?
