And don't forget hydration! Sometimes hunger is actually thirst. Especially on varying carb days.

Good point, FreshFork. I find that healthy fats also play a huge role in satiety on those lower carb days.

Just remembered, another trick is to incorporate more fiber on low-carb days to help with fullness. Veggies are your friend!

Thanks for the tips! I'll definitely try the simple approach first. Maybe Monday low, Wednesday high, and see how that feels.

GainsChef, I haven't specifically noticed improved sleep, but I do feel less bloated. It's all about finding what makes your body feel good and perform optimally.

MacroMancer is right! Meal prep is crucial. On my low-carb days, I lean heavily on leafy greens and lean protein. High-carb days are a treat with complex carbs like sweet potatoes and quinoa.
