Strength gains came gradually but consistently each week I was adding weight to my lifts and pushing through workouts with better confidence. Recovery between sessions improved which meant I could train harder without feeling worn down.
Over the time the physical changes became more noticeable And the Muscles looked fuller, density improved and my body handled heavy compound movements far better than before. What I appreciated most was how balanced the journey felt it supported muscle growth, endurance and recovery without extremes.

I love how Caber helped you stay consistent without overdoing it. Muscles looking fuller is always a good sign too.πŸ’ͺ🏼
Yeah Man Thanks on that Also how was ur experience with it?

I started with 250mg per week split into two shots Monday and Thursday. After about 3 or 4 weeks I guess I noticed my muscles feeling fuller and more solid specially around my chest and shoulders you know that well by now and I kept it moderate to avoid side effects while still getting the benefits the main point here And I made sure to eat plenty of protein I took 1g per pound of my bodyweight along with good carbs and fats to keep my energy up. It made a big difference in my workouts and I could push through without burning out staying consistent without overdoing it Here you GoπŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻

That Test E keeps you pushing but it’s controlled. And throwing Caber in? Huge difference It just keeps the whole cycle in balance you stay full and the weights feel like they’re part of the flow. No crashes or unexpected spikes jjust solid progress week by week.

The Caber kept everything in check so no weird sides nd I just felt more stable lifting heavier without the ups and downs. Definitely a smoother ride than I expected :D πŸ‘πŸ»

I think you nailed it. It's all about making those incremental gains not rushing into anything that’ll throw you off. Test E definitely gave me that nice n steady strength increase without feeling jittery or too aggressive.

Progress should feel natural and controlled and it sounds like Caber gave you that edge haha the fullness in the muscles and better handling of heavy lifts? It’s all about consistent improvements without hitting any crazy highs or lows manπŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

That steady climb is where it’s at... strength gains aren’t always fast but the fact that you were adding weight every week shows how solid the foundation is.πŸ‘πŸ»
