Tried Tesamorelin during a serious shred phase and the noticeable thing was midsection tightening over time when everything else was dialed in. Training stayed strong, recovery was solid and I didn’t feel as catabolic while calories were low. Still had to keep food clean high protein balanced carbs healthy fats but it gave me that extra edge.
