Solid advice man. No ego just smart training and recovery. That’s how you actually grow and keep it.

Couldn’t agree more man the cycle is easy recovery is the real test. Dialed-in diet and proper PCT makes all the difference for sure🏋️🏋️

A lot of bros focus on the cycle but forget the exit plan. PCT is that exit plan. Without it hormones stay crashed and u feel flat and weak. With proper post-cycle support and smart eating high protein good fats balanced carbs your body has a better shot at holding onto gains. Think long-term good sleep less ego lifting manage stress. Gains are built on cycle but they’re kept in recovery.

My experience -- the real battle starts after the cycle ends. If you don’t run proper PCT --energy drops, mood tanks, libido disappears and your lifts suffer. PCT isn’t about getting bigger it’s about stabilizing your body. Keep calories steady, don’t cut right away, eat whole foods like eggs, red meat, rice, potatoes, fruits, and get your micronutrients in. Recovery is king here.

Bro I learned the hard way that skipping PCT after a cycle is the fastest way to feel like trash and lose half your gains. When your natural test is suppressed you can’t just “tough it out.”
Proper PCT support (under guidance) helps your hormones bounce back so you keep strength and muscle. But diet is just as important solid protein every meal, healthy fats for hormone support, enough carbs so cortisol doesn’t eat you alive. Add good sleep and hydration and you’ll recover way smoother instead of crashing hard.
