It was all about steady controlled progress In the beginning I felt an overall boost in energy and motivation that made training sessions more focused and intense. Strength gains came gradually but consistently each week I was adding weight to my lifts and pushing through workouts with better confidence. Recovery between sessions improved which meant I could train harder without feeling worn down.
Over the time the physical changes became more noticeable And the Muscles looked fuller, density improved and my body handled heavy compound movements far better than before.
