Honestly breakfast foods work well eggs, hash browns, and fruit. Easy to digest for me.

Yeah, I think rotating proteins is the key. Chicken every day just kills motivation.

Rice bowls with lean beef and veggies. Same macros as chicken, way better taste.

Egg whites, whole eggs, and sourdough toast. Quick and doesn’t feel heavy after training.
