During my bulking I realized growth doesn’t just happen under the bar it happens at the dinner table and in bed. Calories had to be intentional not random. I focused on whole foods steady carb intake n never letting hunger dictate bad choices. Training was heavy n focused on big lifts with enough volume to stimulate growth without burning out. Recovery became non-negotiable sleep hydration n the supplementation all played a role in keeping me progressing week after week. I experimented with the classic **Testosterone Enanthate with Dianabol * * support tools over time but the real gains came when my nutrition timing recovery n training intensity lined up. Bulking isn’t glamorous it’s repetitive disciplined and slow but when done right the size you build actually stays.
