Appreciate the honest takes. Sounds like the consensus shifted for a reason probably smarter to stay on the safe side and earn the conditioning the old-school way.

You can get insane cardio improvements naturally if you’re consistent. It just takes patience.

Honestly, better diet timing and steady cardio improved my endurance just fine. No shortcuts needed.

Exactly. Early hype didn’t come with long-term data. Now that we know more, most people backed off.

Cardio gains are nice, but there are way safer ways to improve conditioning without gambling your health.
