Those “skipped beats” are usually PVCs or PACs. Stim-heavy fat burners can absolutely trigger them. Most people just drop the product and they disappear within days.

I’d cut it out for a week. If the palpitations stop, you have your answer. No fat burner is worth compromising your heart rhythm for.

If you want something milder, try green tea extract or just caffeine + L-theanine. Still gives an energy bump without feeling like your heart is trying to escape.

My cardiologist literally told me to avoid yohimbine after I mentioned I was using it. Said it’s one of the supplements most likely to mess with your heart rhythm.

Yohimbine hits different. It’s super sensitive to things like stress, carbs, and dosage. Even tiny amounts can trigger anxiety, shakes, and heart weirdness for some people.

Yeah that’s what’s messing with me. It’s not painful, just like random little jolts or pauses. Never had this with normal pre-workout, only this stuff.

If you’re getting palpitations, that’s your body waving a red flag. Thermos are optional… your heart isn’t.

I had the same thing on a fat burner with 300mg caffeine + yohimbine. Felt like my heart was doing backflips. Switched to plain caffeine pills and the issue disappeared.

1.Honestly man, yohimbine does that to a lot of people. It spikes adrenaline hard. Heart flutters aren’t really something to “push through.” I’d stop and see if it goes away.

Grabbed a new “high-stim” fat burner with caffeine and yohimbine, and now I’m getting weird fluttering and mini heart jumps. Kinda threw me off. Is this one of those common stim side effects or is it a sign to toss the bottle before it gets worse?
