Beta-Alanine: Boosting Endurance and Reducing Fatigue

by NutriNerd » Fri Jul 04, 2025 5:25 am

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that increases muscle carnosine levels.
Carnosine helps buffer lactic acid buildup in muscles during high-intensity exercise, delaying fatigue and improving endurance. Benefits:
  • Increased time to exhaustion.
  • Improved performance in 60-240 second efforts.
  • Often combined with creatine for synergistic effects.
Typical dose is 3.2-6.4g daily, often split. The tingling sensation (paresthesia) is harmless.
"Push past your limits with this fatigue fighter."
How do you feel about the beta-alanine tingle?
