I've used it. I found it helped, but you need a decent dose. Like 3-5 grams per day, not the 500mg you see in some formulas. It's pretty cheap to buy as a bulk powder.

MSM is a sulfur compound. Sulfur is a key building block for joints/cartilage. The evidence is decent, actually! It seems to be effective for reducing soreness and inflammation. I rate it higher than Glucosamine, personally.

Going down the supplement rabbit hole again... MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane). It's often paired with Glucosamine. Does this one actually do anything on its own?
