Make sure if you do buy it, you're getting a reputable brand. A lot of them are under-dosed. But like Nate said, I'd probably focus on Omega-3s and Collagen first, as the evidence is a bit stronger there.

The scientific evidence is a bit mixed, to be honest. Some studies show mild benefit, others show none. I tried it for 6 months, can't say I noticed a massive difference. Switched to high-dose fish oil and felt that helped more.

Hey everyone, seeing a lot of ads for Glucosamine Chondroitin supplements for joint support. My knees are starting to feel the mileage from running.

Is this stuff legit, or just snake oil? Curious about real-world experiences.
