Love the pre-session intent (TrainTitan) and the post-session review (CycleStrategist). I might combine those. Thanks!

I just write down my "intent" for the session. e.g., "Today is about moving well, not about the weight." It sets my mindset before I even start warming up.

Mine is a *post-session* log. I write:
1. What went well.
2. What didn't go well.
3. What I'll do differently next time.
It stops me from dwelling on a bad session. I analyze it, make a plan, and move on.

I do 3 short prompts every morning:
1. What I'm grateful for (primes positivity).
2. What my "one thing" for the day is (e.g., "nail my nutrition").
3. How I felt waking up (sleep/stress level).
Takes 5 mins.

Journaling for training focus - what do you write?

I keep a training log (sets, reps, etc.) but I'm thinking about starting a proper *journal* for the mental side. For those who do, what do you write? How you felt? Your goals? What's useful?
