Taking a full week off sounds scary, but probably what I need. "Learn to rock climb" also sounds pretty fun. Good advice, folks.

Yep. After a meet, I don't touch a barbell for at least a week. I eat food I've been restricting, see mates. You need to recover *mentally* as much as physically.

It's normal. You've been hyper-focused on one goal. The "crash" is expected. My advice: DON'T train. Take a proper off-season. Do something completely different. Go hiking, play a sport. Let the *desire* to train come back naturally.

Finished my A-race for the season and now I feel... nothing. Completely flat, zero motivation to train. Anyone else get the "post-event blues" and how do you get your mojo back?
