For sure I totally agree...these are the signs that most beginners end up dealing with when they push too hard too soon. It’s easy to get caught up in the grind and ignore the warning signs but fatigue, poor performance and that constant soreness are big red flags. Your mood gets shot, sleep gets messed up and you might lose your appetite. Heart rate stays high too which is a sign you're overdoing it. If any of these pop up it’s a clear sign to chill out, recover and let your body bounce back.
