You can chug all the stims you want, but if you’re not sleeping, you’re just spinning your wheels.

Been there. Pre at 6pm = awake until 2am. I switched to black coffee, way easier to manage.

Melatonin or magnesium can help knock you out if you must train late.

Honestly, just cycle off. After a week without pre my natural energy came back and I slept like a baby.

If you like the pump but not the stim, try stim-free pre with citrulline, glycerol, etc. I feel good without getting a wrecking sleep.

Some pre’s also have yohimbine or alpha-y. That stuff keeps your nervous system jacked way past gym time.

Try moving your workout earlier. Pre after 5pm = guaranteed insomnia for me.

Exactly my problem. Great workout, but then I feel like I wasted recovery since I can’t sleep.

Same here. I can hit a heavy lift but then I’m wired at midnight staring at the ceiling.
