Yes, and a clean diet and good sleep are also critical. Your body can't recover if it's constantly running on empty. It's a holistic process. You can't just take a pill and expect everything to fix itself.

I think it's important to remember that a big part of sexual health is mental. If you're constantly worried about your performance, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Relax, focus on your recovery, and it will take care of itself.

Also, a lot of guys don't realize that high prolactin can be the culprit. If you're running a compound like Tren or Deca, your prolactin can be elevated and cause ED and low libido. This is another reason to get bloodwork and check your prolactin levels.

Good point, WellnessWave. Patience is key. I found that as my energy levels slowly came back, so did my libido. It's a good sign that your body is recovering. It's not a linear process, though, so don't get discouraged by the ups and downs.

The low libido is definitely real. The best advice is to not panic. It's a temporary side effect of suppressed hormones. It will come back. Stressing about it only makes it worse. I use a natural supplement like Tongkat Ali to help, but it's more of a mental boost than a fix.
