Good point, RecoveryRx. The PCT is non-negotiable. Also, for AnaboMod: track your progress and any side effects diligently. Journaling your experience can be a huge help.

And don't forget about the PCT. A lot of beginners overlook this. A good PCT with Nolvadex and/or Clomid is crucial for restoring your natural testosterone production and maintaining your gains. Start it about 2 weeks after your last Test-E injection.

I'd also suggest considering a slightly shorter cycle length for your first time, maybe 10 weeks, to see how your body reacts before committing to the full 12. You can always extend it if things are going well. The key is to listen to your body and have a solid PCT (Post-Cycle Therapy) plan ready.

I agree with CycleCoach. The 500mg/week dose is a good entry point. For side effects, keep an eye on your blood pressure. Test can sometimes increase it. It's always smart to have a general wellness check before you start, just to have a baseline.

That's a very common and effective starting point, AnaboMod. 500mg/week for 12 weeks is the classic "first cycle" for a reason. Split your dose into two injections per week to maintain stable blood levels. Also, make sure you have an AI (Aromatase Inhibitor) on hand, like Arimidex, just in case you experience any estrogen-related side effects.

Hey everyone, I'm planning my first Test-E cycle. I've been training for years and feel like I've hit a wall. What's a good starting dose and cycle length? I'm thinking 500mg/week for 12 weeks. Is this a solid plan? I'm a bit worried about side effects.
