Just wanted to add one more thing: using these peptides for skin health is still an emerging field, and a lot of the best products are often not cheap. It's a commitment, not a quick fix.

Also, watch for irritation with GHK-Cu, especially with higher concentrations. Some people can be sensitive to copper peptides. Start with a low concentration and patch test first.

So it sounds like topical is a viable route, but the formulation is key. The systemic effects from injection would likely be stronger, but for localized benefits on skin and hair, topical is a good, lower-risk option. The point about BPC-157 is interesting too; a good thought for recovery protocols.

The main thing with topical peptides is a good carrier. They are large molecules, so penetrating the skin barrier is a challenge. A lot of the efficacy depends on the formulation of the cream or serum. A simple powder mixed with water won't have the same effect as a professionally formulated product.

I've seen some discussion about using BPC-157 topically as well. The idea is to apply it to an injury site for targeted healing. It's less common, but the theory is similar to GHK-Cu, in that peptides can be absorbed through the skin, especially with a good transdermal delivery system.

From a recovery standpoint, GHK-Cu is great for wound healing. It helps with collagen synthesis. Some people use it post-op to speed up recovery and reduce scarring. I think its topical application is its most effective and safest route for skin health.
