The "done is better than perfect" is a huge one for me. I often get stuck aiming for perfection. Thanks for all the advice, I'm feeling more optimistic about tackling my to-do list!

Use a to-do list, but make it realistic. Don't overload yourself, or you'll just get overwhelmed and revert to procrastination.

Don't strive for perfection; strive for completion. Done is better than perfect, especially with tasks you're putting off.

Reward yourself after completing a task. It helps train your brain to associate completion with positive feelings.

All fantastic tips! The "eat the frog" approach (tackling the hardest task first) is something I've heard of but never truly implemented. And the Pomodoro technique sounds perfect for my short attention span sometimes!

Eliminate distractions! Turn off notifications, close unnecessary tabs. Create an environment that supports focus.
